This is how pixar does it - Nice little animation tutorial

I found a little tutorial or more a description of how a certain facial expression is animated for Pixar's Incredbles Movie. I found this on VNOG Blog who is actualy an Pixar Animator. Here he share's some very nice information about a scene where Dash takes a suprised face reaction.
